About the role
Provide legal support for property and casualty insurance businesses. Draft and negotiate contracts and advise on regulatory and operational matters.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review and negotiate carrier and commercial agreements. • Advise on P&C insurance operations and regulatory matters. • Identify legal and business risks and recommend solutions. • Support MGA/MGU operations and carrier relationships. • Collaborate with business leaders for legal guidance.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor and active U.S. law license. • 5+ years legal experience in P&C insurance. • Experience with carriers, MGAs/MGUs, brokers or regulators. • Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations. • Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively.
