About the role
Lead recruitment operations and supervise HR assistants to ensure high-quality HR service delivery. Drive team performance and resolve operational challenges in corporate recruitment.
What you’ll do
• Maintain vacancy trackers and recruitment deadlines. • Drive recruitment targets and solve operational bottlenecks. • Guide new recruiters and supervise client interviews. • Maintain client communication and follow up on vacancies. • Supervise and evaluate HR assistants and recruitment staff.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in recruitment agency or HR consulting. • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR procedures. • Experience coaching junior colleagues. • 3–5+ years in corporate recruitment and HR operations. • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
