About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor to correctional agencies, providing expertise and strategic support to maximize ViaPath solutions. Help customers improve adoption and solve operational challenges through technology.
What you’ll do
• Provide expertise and guidance on ViaPath products and services. • Build relationships with executive and operational stakeholders. • Deliver product demonstrations and customer presentations. • Monitor contracts and engage customers regularly. • Maintain expert knowledge of ViaPath technologies and configurations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years with ViaPath or corrections technology. • Experience with correctional agencies or environments. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to travel up to 75% and located near an airport.
