• Develop and implement Country Impact Plan. • Lead and coach country representative team. • Secure funding from donors and partners. • Manage client relationships post-acquisition. • Collaborate with programme managers and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or master's degree. • 10+ years in coordinating and leading teams. • Strong fundraising and local SME network. • Experience with remote international collaboration. • Based in South Africa, available 37.5 hours/week.
