About the role
Manage and monitor investigative sites independently from initiation through close-out. Ensure study compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Manage and monitor investigative sites independently. • Partner with CTMs and study teams to resolve issues. • Ensure studies comply with protocol and regulations. • Interact with clients and support site payments. • Mentor less experienced CRAs and contribute expertise.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years independent monitoring experience. • Experience in oncology clinical trials. • Availability for up to 60% domestic travel. • Fluency in Polish and English. • Graduate degree in scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
