About the role
Manage the operational side of creative projects from intake through delivery. Partner with Creative Leads and stakeholders to ensure timely, aligned project execution.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary operations partner for complex creative projects. • Own project planning and execution from intake to delivery. • Review creative briefs and manage weekly intake process. • Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings. • Provide regular project updates and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years project or creative operations experience. • Experience managing multiple creative projects. • Strong understanding of creative workflows. • Proficient with project management tools.
