About the role
Manage credit and collections processes to ensure timely debt recovery and minimize credit risk. Monitor credit limits, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
What you’ll do
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments. • Follow up on overdue accounts via calls and emails. • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve disputes. • Review creditworthiness and recommend credit limits. • Prepare aging reports and update on collection performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 3-5 years experience in credit control or finance. • Experience in logistics or related industry preferred. • Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
