About the role
Lead independent validation of credit decisioning models including machine learning and NPV models. Ensure models are fit for purpose and support Monzo's lending strategies.
What you’ll do
• Lead validation of credit decisioning models. • Support validation of broader credit risk models. • Review ongoing model performance monitoring. • Develop challenger models to test assumptions. • Improve Model Risk Framework and policies.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in credit model development or validation. • Strong SQL and Python skills. • Knowledge of credit decisioning models. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to build trusting stakeholder relationships.
