About the role
The CRM Accountability Associate ensures donor compliance, manages feedback mechanisms, and supports reporting for humanitarian projects. They coordinate accountability systems and respond to beneficiary complaints.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate adherence to donor requirements and compliance. • Update CRFM database and provide timely feedback. • Generate and share periodic reports with project teams. • Conduct field visits to support accountability systems. • Develop and maintain feedback and complaint mechanisms.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience in related role. • Excellent communication and IT skills. • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field. • Fluency in English and Hausa languages. • Formal training in Accountability or Monitoring and Evaluation is an asset.
