About the role
Build and run customer journeys guiding Bondora’s customers through their lifecycle from loan application to repayment challenges. Manage CRM campaigns using Braze to optimize loan and revenue outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Build and run customer journeys in Braze with QA before launch. • Design journeys around customer situation and triggers. • Prove effectiveness with control groups and report business outcomes. • Prioritise work by value in loans and euros. • Ensure compliance and risk suppression in messaging.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience. • Hands-on Braze or similar platform experience. • Design journeys for different lifecycle stages. • Experimentation literacy and data analysis skills. • Strong compliance and commercial judgment.
