About the role

What you’ll do
• Co-manage company with commercial co-founder. • Develop and prototype hardware solutions. • Integrate sensors, actuators, and controllers. • Conduct field testing and validation. • Recruit and lead robotics engineering team.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years leadership in robotics or deep-tech startups. • Hands-on mechanical and electrical skills. • Experience in robotics hardware design and prototyping. • Familiarity with simulation and Digital Twin tools. • Fluent in Polish and English.
