About the role
Design, update, and standardize technical and management training materials meeting international standards and client needs. Develop curricula aligned with accreditation requirements and conduct learning needs analysis.
What you’ll do
• Develop formative and summative assessment tools. • Ensure curricula meet accreditation criteria. • Analyze training evaluations and client feedback. • Incorporate educational technologies and e-learning tools. • Design and execute learning needs analysis with Business Development.
What you’ll bring
• 4-5 years experience in instructional design or technical training. • B.Sc. 2nd class Upper degree or HND in relevant field. • Experience with industrial safety curricula preferred. • Knowledge of ADDIE and SAM instructional models. • Familiarity with e-learning tools like Moodle and Articulate.
