About the role
Provide routine support to PNC customers by handling 60-100 inbound calls per shift. Resolve inquiries about accounts, disputes, overdrafts, and online banking.

• Field 60-100 inbound calls per shift. • Provide support on checking/savings accounts. • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues. • Document customer interactions and service requests. • Communicate with customers and service partners.
