About the role
Serve as primary client contact and convert business opportunities through customer relationship management and sales outreach.
What you’ll do
• Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. • Present products and engineering solutions to prospective clients. • Follow up on customer requests and manage corporate accounts. • Guide clients through product selection. • Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. • 2-3 years in customer service and sales/telemarketing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven sales target achievement and client management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and productivity software.
