About the role
Be the technical lead for customer adoption of Rabbit's BigQuery cost optimization solutions. Help customers integrate and optimize their GCP workloads for cost savings.
What you’ll do
• Own technical adoption for enterprise customers. • Investigate and fix BigQuery cost and pipeline issues. • Advise on GCP cost strategy and Rabbit integration. • Run technical Q&A and workshops. • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing engineering roles. • Deep BigQuery expertise and SQL skills. • Hands-on GCP production experience. • Fluent with agentic coding tools. • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
