About the role

What you’ll do
• Work Monday to Saturday, 08:00-19:00 rotational shifts. • Provide customer support in Italian. • Help customers choose appropriate tech solutions. • Collaborate with remote sales team. • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent Italian (C2) and B2 English. • Valid EU work permit or citizenship. • Located in Portugal or willing to relocate. • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
