About the role
Provide 1st level customer support via tickets, phone, and chat. Consult customers to improve services and relay feedback for service enhancement.

• Provide technical support for hosting and domain services. • Support entry level sales and billing requests. • Report bugs to developers. • Monitor infrastructure and report issues. • Handle cross-selling and up-selling.
What you’ll bring
• Professional and friendly customer support skills. • Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems. • Experience with Plesk, Cpanel, WHM. • Familiarity with common CMS like WordPress. • Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English.
