About the role
Provide high-level customer support by troubleshooting complex payment and accounting issues. Collaborate across teams to resolve escalations and improve processes using AI tools.
What you’ll do
• Engage with customers via calls, email, and chat. • Diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel, and accounting. • Manage escalations end-to-end with ownership mindset. • Build and improve AI tools for customer support. • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
What you’ll bring
• Systems thinker who prevents recurring issues. • Experience using AI tools like Claude and Notion AI. • Balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness. • Technical understanding of APIs and bank integrations. • Strong multitasking and clear writing skills.
