What you’ll do
• Support borrowers by phone and other channels with applications and payments. • Follow lending requirements and company policies carefully. • Own borrower issues from first contact through resolution. • Identify pain points and share insights to improve processes. • Use AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 2+ years in customer support or financial services. • Experience using AI tools in customer support. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
