About the role
Provide exceptional support to tenants and guarantors throughout their tenancy. Handle inquiries via phone, email, CRM, and customer portals with professionalism and empathy.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for tenant and guarantor inquiries. • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs. • Handle tenancy and contract-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM. • Collaborate with remote team for service delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years customer service or property management experience. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong interpersonal and complaint handling skills. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Comfortable using CRM and virtual collaboration tools.
