About the role
Provide real-time technical support to clinicians on dental lab tasks ensuring quality outcomes. Partner with doctors on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs. • Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video. • Act as liaison between doctors and lab teams. • Troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows. • Offer empathetic and efficient customer service.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in Canadian French and English. • 3+ years dental technician experience. • 2+ years 3Shape CAD/CAM design experience. • Deep understanding of digital dental workflows. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
