Customer Experience Representative

About the role
Serve as primary contact for community members, combining inbound/outbound support with proactive outreach and relationship building. Manage onboarding, account follow-up, event support, and sensitive financial conversations.
What you’ll do
• Serve as trusted contact via phone, email, SMS, webinars, events. • Lead client onboarding one-on-one and in live webinars. • Conduct proactive outbound outreach for engagement and account maintenance. • Manage accounts receivable and payment follow-up up to $10,000. • Travel quarterly domestically and internationally, including evenings/weekends.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4+ years in customer support or similar roles. • Exceptional English communication skills (C1 minimum). • Willingness to travel quarterly for live events. • Comfortable with sensitive collections and financial discussions. • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
