About the role
Support daily shipment coordination, customer communication, and operational execution for freight movements. Ensure shipments are accurately built, monitored, and communicated from pickup to delivery.
What you’ll do
• Build and enter shipments accurately into TMS. • Monitor shipment progress and communicate delays. • Provide proactive shipment visibility and updates. • Coordinate import and export shipment tracking. • Notify customers of pickup and delivery statuses.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in logistics or freight operations preferred. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Ability to work independently remotely. • Experience with TMS and shipment tracking tools preferred.
