About the role
The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with business owners and ensuring compliance of assigned establishments. The officer will engage clients, follow up on compliance, and prepare routine reports.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners. • Confirm and document compliance status of establishments. • Contact clients via calls and visits. • Follow up on outstanding compliance obligations. • Prepare and submit routine activity reports.
What you’ll bring
• Confidence interacting with business owners and management. • Ability to meet daily targets with minimal supervision. • Minimum HND, BSc or equivalent qualification. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
