About the role
Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination for HVAC equipment. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
What you’ll do
• Monitor service requests and follow up promptly. • Prepare customer service reports and identify improvements. • Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, and warranty claims. • Manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations. • Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business or Engineering. • 2–4 years experience in customer or after-sales service. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. • Experience in HVAC or technical equipment industries preferred. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
