About the role
Provide exceptional service and support to Primerica agents regarding commissions and compensation. Handle telephone and written inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
What you’ll do
• Respond to telephone and written inquiries about commissions. • Research and resolve customer concerns accurately. • Identify root causes and provide solutions. • Escalate priority situations appropriately. • Document research and customer communications.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or GED required. • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word.
