About the role

• Provide customers with updates on orders and deliveries. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. • Follow up with dispatch riders on delivery status.
What you’ll bring
• Reliable, punctual and responsible. • Basic computer skills. • Minimum HND / BSc. • 1-2 years customer service experience.
