About the role
Support customers with their natural gas utility accounts by answering billing and account questions. Provide a positive customer experience while handling payments and account issues.
What you’ll do
• Assist customers with natural gas bill questions. • Process and assist with customer payments. • Research and resolve account-related issues. • Explain billing information and payment options. • Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
What you’ll bring
• 1 year customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable with billing and account information. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
