About the role

What you’ll bring
• HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field. • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Calm, patient, and empathetic personality with client-first mindset.
