• Serve as technical advisor for enterprise accounts. • Own onboarding, adoption, expansion, and advocacy. • Drive adoption via demos, workshops, and troubleshooting. • Identify expansion opportunities with Sales. • Act as voice of customer internally.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles. • Experience with demos, POCs, technical workshops. • Fluent in APIs, integrations, developer workflows. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Built tools or workflows eliminating recurring work.
