About the role
Help customers get measurable value from GitLab post-sale by providing technical expertise and best practice guidance. Support implementation, architecture, and adoption across GitLab workflows.
What you’ll do
• Engage customers via Zoom and email as technical consultant. • Partner with Customer Success Managers on GitLab use case implementation. • Deliver enablement through webinars, labs, and office hours. • Provide technical and architectural guidance for adoption. • Develop reusable workshops and technical content.
What you’ll bring
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus. • Located in US, Mexico, or Brazil. • Experience with GitLab use cases like DevSecOps. • Technical background in software development or systems engineering. • Strong communication and time management skills.
