About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers in Latin America, helping them maximize value from Planet’s satellite imagery and geospatial solutions. Support mission-critical initiatives and deepen customer engagement to drive product adoption and growth.
What you’ll do
• Build trusted relationships with customers. • Drive product adoption through onboarding and training. • Identify expansion and renewal opportunities. • Advocate for customer needs internally. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years in Customer Success or related roles. • Understand public sector workflows and procurement. • Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration. • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
