About the role
Manage post-sale customer and value strategy for enterprise customers in the Eastern region. Engage stakeholders to align learning and skills strategies with business priorities.
What you’ll do
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders. • Conduct business-focused discussions to understand priorities. • Establish measurable success criteria and demonstrate value. • Lead strategic business reviews on outcomes and risks. • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategy.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Ability to manage complex customer relationships. • Experience with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders. • Strong consultative and presentation skills.
