• Meet and exceed revenue targets with SMB Security teams. • Manage customer relationships to drive renewals and upsells. • Create unparalleled customer experience throughout lifecycle. • Collaborate with Go-to-market, Engineering, and Services teams. • Run Quarterly Health Checks and manage customer health.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in renewals Customer Success for B2B SaaS. • Experience in cybersecurity or related industry. • Proven track record meeting renewal and upsell quotas. • Strong communication including C-Suite engagement. • Willingness to travel for meetings as needed.
