Support college-level faculty and administrators using McGraw Hill's digital education solutions. Focus on improving educational outcomes and building strong customer relationships.
What you’ll do
• Develop knowledge of McGraw Hill digital products. • Use Salesforce and Gainsight to manage pipelines. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams. • Conduct training and support via Zoom. • Resolve customer issues through collaboration.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree. • 1-2 years customer success or software implementation experience. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work remotely with organization. • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
