About the role
Manage renewal process and retention of high-volume accounts. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts. • Manage contract administration and billing inquiries. • Process customer downgrade requests and escalate risks. • Contribute to customer campaigns and operational programs. • Maintain CRM data integrity and support forecasting.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years in customer-facing roles. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in retention and escalations. • Adherence to North America Central Time schedule. • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
