About the role
Serve as first point of contact for customer support, resolving enquiries and technical issues. Provide high-quality support to walk-in and WhatsApp customers nationwide.
What you’ll do
• Collect and document customer feedback. • Adhere to communication scripts and procedures. • Provide prompt and accurate responses. • Escalate complex issues to Team Lead. • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years customer service experience. • Completed NYSC or valid exemption. • Minimum BSc or HND qualification. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
