About the role
Provide friendly and professional customer support via chat, email, and video calls. Troubleshoot technical issues and help users with integrations and automations.
What you’ll do
• Support customers over chat, email, and video calls. • Stay quick, friendly, patient, and professional. • Escalate issues to internal teams and follow up. • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users. • Suggest improvements to support and product.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ year experience in customer support. • English B2 spoken and C1 written. • Basic knowledge of web apps and SaaS. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Available to work 8am to 10pm CET shifts.
