About the role
Handle customer communications, assist with orders and delivery follow-ups, and resolve complaints. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.
What you’ll do
• Monitor customer orders and update delivery status. • Respond to enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media. • Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues. • Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams. • Prepare and submit customer service reports.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years customer service or related experience. • Basic computer literacy and social media familiarity. • Minimum SSCE; OND preferred. • Good organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
