About the role
Engage customers at point of sale and onboard them onto purchased products. Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
What you’ll do
• Engage customers via calls or approved channels. • Educate customers on product features and onboarding. • Resolve basic inquiries and escalate complex issues. • Capture and document customer information accurately. • Meet onboarding, quality, and productivity targets.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification. • Experience in customer service or sales preferred. • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong typing skills and computer literacy. • Can work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends.
