About the role
Provide bilingual customer support via phone and chat, resolving inquiries and improving customer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Deliver high-quality support via phone and chat in English and Spanish. • Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries and troubleshooting. • Build deep product knowledge continuously. • Track and update support tickets in CRM. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years bilingual customer support experience. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience handling high volume customer interactions. • Startup environment experience is a plus. • Experience with Intercom is a plus.
