About the role
Lead cybersecurity and information security functions to protect pension data and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage cyber risks and strengthen business continuity in line with PenCom requirements and standards.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain business-continuity and disaster-recovery arrangements. • Assess security risks from vendors and third parties. • Protect sensitive customer and pension information. • Promote cybersecurity awareness and training. • Oversee threat monitoring and incident response.
What you’ll bring
• 6 years cybersecurity experience, 2 years leadership. • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001. • Information-security certification like CISSP, CISM or CRISC. • Bachelor's or Higher National Diploma in related field. • Knowledge of emerging tech risks like AI and cloud.
