About the role
Lead cybersecurity and information security functions to protect pension data and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage cyber risks and strengthen business continuity in line with PenCom requirements.
What you’ll do
• Lead cybersecurity incident response and regulatory notification. • Develop secure communication practices and recommend security tools. • Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks to critical information assets. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO/IEC 27001. • Develop business-continuity and disaster-recovery arrangements per ISO 22301.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Higher National Diploma in Cybersecurity or related field. • Recognized information-security certification like CISSP, CISM or CRISC. • Minimum six years cybersecurity experience, two in leadership. • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 standards. • Understanding of risks from cloud computing and AI technologies.
