Data Center Compliance Manager

About the role
Lead service compliance efforts by analyzing operational performance data and ensuring adherence to standards across North America Regional IBOS service. Collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps and reduce operational or commercial risks.
What you’ll do
• Produce and analyze data metrics for SLA and KPI tracking. • Support root cause analysis for service performance issues. • Identify and share areas for operational improvement. • Assist in continuous service improvement activities. • Participate in audits and ensure inventory management compliance.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 2 years in supply chain or logistics role. • Experience with inventory tracking and reporting. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Compliance and process procedure experience.
