About the role
Own behind-the-meter generation and storage architecture for Anthropic's data centers. Manage on-site generation, battery storage, microgrid control, and grid interconnection for AI compute infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Own behind-the-meter generation architecture and technical specifications. • Develop temporary and bridging generation strategies. • Size and specify battery energy storage systems. • Define microgrid topology and operating modes. • Lead utility interconnection and power quality management.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in power generation, microgrids, or utility interconnection. • Experience with reciprocating engines, gas turbines, or fuel cells. • Knowledge of battery storage sizing and inverter selection. • Familiarity with microgrid architecture and interconnection standards. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent.
