About the role
Lead identification and evaluation of new data center sites to support infrastructure expansion. Ensure scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally resilient AI compute deployments.
What you’ll do
• Lead site selection including research and due diligence. • Evaluate sites for power, land, fiber, and risk factors. • Coordinate with utilities and local government. • Manage relationships with brokers and partners. • Develop site evaluation models and risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field. • 5–8 years in data center site selection or real estate. • Deep knowledge of power infrastructure and permitting. • Experience with utilities and economic agencies. • Ability to build financial models and travel frequently.
