• Own data platform architecture and technical roadmap. • Lead Data Engineering team planning and delivery. • Manage reliability, cost and incident response. • Co-own data governance and compliance. • Mentor engineers and manage team growth.
What you’ll bring
• 8–12+ years in Data Engineering or related roles. • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow, dbt and Python. • Proven team leadership and project management. • Experience with multi-country data platforms and regulations. • Professional English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
