About the role
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of data from health facilities for use by the Local Implementation Team and State program. Support enrolment and follow-up of patients on the Premium Health Insurance Scheme.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate HIV activities with Local Implementation Team. • Transfer facility data into computer/database system. • Support identification and enrolment of PLHIV and TB patients. • Ensure timely data provision to State AIDS Control Program. • Verify and update data accuracy with source documents.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with NGOs/Donor-Funded Programmes. • OND or HND in Health Data or related discipline. • Experience in Government/Public Health Facilities. • Data entry and computer/database proficiency. • Minimum 2 years related work experience.
