About the role
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer accounts, product catalogs, inventory, and pricing data on Moniebook platform. Support onboarding and maintain data quality for smooth retail customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Input and maintain merchant data including product catalogs and pricing. • Process bulk data imports and validate completeness. • Prepare merchant accounts for onboarding. • Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks. • Coordinate with teams to fulfill data requests.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years in data entry or similar role. • Completed NYSC or valid exemption. • High accuracy with large data volumes. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. • Familiar with CRM or POS SaaS tools.
