About the role
Lead data migration and integration workstreams for HR and payroll platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM. Design, build, and test integrations while ensuring data accuracy and client confidence.
What you’ll do
• Lead data migration workstreams from strategy to go live. • Define migration approaches and data load sequencing. • Profile and cleanse legacy data. • Design and build integrations and interfaces. • Support testing and post-go live monitoring.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM migrations. • Integration design and technical delivery skills. • Hands-on ETL tooling experience. • Strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures. • Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel.
